Home energy Assessment

We are offering an energy focused evaluation to all single family or townhouse owners/renters in our service territory. Some local utilities offer a variety free and/or subsidized energy saving measures. We will help you leverage all utility sponsored measures that apply to your home. 

Energy Saving Measures Include:

-LED light bulbs

-Water saving shower heads and faucet aerators

-Water pipe insulation

-Hot water tank insulation

-THE SBE PACKAGE ALSO INCLUDES

-Blower door air infiltration testing to find the air leaks in your home

-Infrared image scan to identify insulation voids 

-Recommendations for improvements to save $$ on your utility bill

We charge a service fee of $500 for the assessment for clients within 30 miles of our home office in Ashland VA. Additional travel fees will apply for customers outside of this range. Certain conditions apply to utility sponsored programs. Contact us for details.
